I have spent nearly 20 years of my life hating my body. I have experienced so many changes to my body throughout the years and came to be at war with myself, constantly wishing I was smaller. I tried fad diets and "research-based" diets and everything in-between, but all it ever did was leave me feeling miserable. I criticized myself daily. This program has been absolutely life changing. Because of Cortney I have learned to trust myself around food. I learned how to listen to my hunger cues and choose foods that help keep me full. I no longer struggle with binge eating at night and if I do eat too much, I don't shame myself for it. I know how to leave food on the plate if I'm full, and go back for more if I'm still hungry. I have a closet of clothes that actually fit me and I can get dressed in the morning with ease. I know how to shop for clothes and focus on how it feels on my body instead of what number or size it is. I've learned body neutrality and body positivity.
