Using the intuitive eating framework, I work with you to rediscover a new definition of health and nutrition without restrictive diets, rigid meal plans, and create a lifestyle that is sustainable.

3 months of direct support with Cortney, Registered Dietitian and Intuitive Eating Expert

  • 12 weeks of 1:1 virtual coaching sessions including one 60-75 minute initial session (with assessment) and eleven 45-60 minute follow up sessions.

  • Hunger and fullness support

  • Education on metabolism, body systems, carbs, proteins, fats, and other necessary nutrients

  • Meal planning support

  • Body image support and implementation of body image skills.

  • Accountability with a dietitian

  • Client toolkit with lifetime access

  • Private messaging between sessions via Practice Better (HIPAA compliant)

  • Option to renew

FAQ

for nutrition coaching

  • We go over the cost in your free 45 minute call. I offer payment plans and am able to accept HSA/FSA funds as a form of payment for nutrition coaching. If money is a barrier for you, individualized payment plans may be created on a case-by-case basis.

  • I cannot accept insurance due the nature of frequency of visits with me. I offer payment plans and am able to accept HSA/FSA funds as a form of payment for nutrition services if that’s available to you!

  • I offer nutrition coaching sessions in a package format because the my clients with the highest and most sustainable success is when they receive the full support and accountability of my expertise. To make sure you feel confident that working with me is the right fit for you I offer a free call prior to booking your coaching package.

  • The minimum time commitment for nutrition coaching is attending one 45-60 minute virtual session per week. If you have a unique schedule (I often work with pilots), we will arrange our meetings in a way that works best foo you.

    Part of the coaching services is access to a secure messaging system between appointments to work through moment together, etc.
